A. The machine uses canisters of food grade liquid CO2. The canisters can be ordered from BOC and are manufactured and supplied uniquely for Nite Owl.

A. 80-100 charges per 14lb liquid CO2 canister.
Q. Once the machine charges the drinks glass with CO2, how long will the CO2 charge last before adding liquid?
A. 15-20 minutes.
Q. Will any type of liquid work in the drinks vessel?
A. Thin clear liquids produce the best results. Therefore most alcoholic spirits will work well. Thick dark liquids like creamy liquors or coffee will not work. Drinks can be alcoholic or non alcoholic.
Q. Once the liquid is added to the charged drinks vessel, how long will it smoke?
A. 2-3 minutes.
Q. Can I consume the drink while it's still smoking?
A. Yes, or you can wait for the smoke to clear it will be the coldest and smoothest drink you've ever tasted!
Q. Will the smoking effect start again if I refill the drinks glass that I have just used?
A. Yes, if you refill the glass with liquid 2/3 minutes after finishing the first drink.
Q. How do you wash the drinks glasses?
A. They can be washed by hand or in a washing machine.
